Rich DiGeronimo and his team are defining seamless connectivity and entertainment for Spectrum customers. As President, Product and Technology, Rich oversees product, technology, engineering, software development, information technology, business development, programming acquisition and the Company’s advertising sales organization, Spectrum Reach.
Spectrum’s network is already capable of delivering 1 gigabit speeds across its entire service area. Under Rich’s leadership, the Company’s ongoing network evolution will unleash converged multi-gigabit connectivity to every home and business it serves. Spectrum’s fully converged connectivity experience is unmatched, seamlessly combining Spectrum Internet, Spectrum Advanced WiFi and Spectrum Mobile with nationwide 5G access.
Rich’s organization consistently delivers industry-shifting innovations, including the launches of Spectrum Mobile, the fastest-growing mobile provider with the fastest wireless speeds in the nation; the Spectrum TV App, the highest-rated TV streaming app; and the My Spectrum App, the industry’s top-rated self-support app.
The teams also have been instrumental in providing customers with Seamless Entertainment, a transformative combination of traditional video and programmers’ streaming apps. The customer experience becomes even more robust when combined with Xumo, the Company’s joint venture with Comcast.
After joining Spectrum as Vice President, Product Management in 2008, Rich took on increasingly more responsibility and rose to senior leadership positions, which included Executive Vice President of Product and Strategy, Chief Product Officer and then Chief Product and Technology Officer.
Earlier in his career, Rich spent eight years with Level 3 Communications, where he held product management and corporate finance leadership roles before ultimately serving as Vice President and General Manager of the Cable Markets Group. He began his career with Bear Stearns with a focus on technology investment banking.
Rich received a bachelor’s degree from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he graduated with High Distinction.
Rich sits on the Board of Directors of Adaptive Spirit, a major fundraiser supporting the United States Paralympics Ski and Snowboard Teams. In 2015, he was named Mentor of the Year by The WICT Network: Rocky Mountain Chapter. Rich is a five-time finisher of the Leadville Trail 100 mountain bike race and he ran the New York City marathon.
