Marketing Seamless Connectivity and Entertainment
Sharon Peters creates impactful marketing initiatives that build relationships with new and existing customers that promise to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Named Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer in 2022, Sharon leads all aspects of the Company’s marketing and brand strategy, all B2B and B2C marketing and advertising campaigns, customer insights and research, media planning, and content and creative for Spectrum residential, Spectrum Business and Spectrum Community Solutions audiences.
In 2024, Sharon led the development and launch of Life Unlimited, the refreshed Spectrum brand platform that encourages customers to dream bigger and do more. Introduced alongside the Company’s new Customer Commitment, Life Unlimited is more than just a new look and feel for the brand – it is a fundamental shift in how Spectrum uses seamless, reliable connectivity to create unlimited opportunities for all its customers.
Sharon has led the marketing rollouts of industry-leading video services and products, including Xumo Stream Box, to deliver more flexibility and choice to the Company’s video customers, and offerings that incentivize bundled connectivity. As Spectrum embraces a hybrid video distribution model and includes Seamless Entertainment apps in its video packages, Sharon drives marketing efforts that highlight the differentiated value and cost savings for Spectrum customers.
Leading marketing efforts since the launch of Spectrum Mobile in 2018, Sharon has continued to shape its success with campaigns emphasizing the value and benefits customers receive when bundling Spectrum Mobile with Spectrum Internet. Whether using partnerships with popular social media influencers or addressable TV ads to reach customers where they are, Sharon crafts resonant and persuasive messages.
Sharon joined Spectrum in 2016 as Group Vice President, Marketing, and played a key role in launching the Spectrum brand following the Company’s transactions with Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks. She was promoted to Senior Vice President, Marketing in 2020 and assumed her current role two years later.
Sharon’s Early Career
Sharon got her start as an intern at Cablevision Systems Corporation’s (now Altice USA) SportsChannel. In nearly two decades with Cablevision, Sharon held increasingly senior positions, ultimately serving as Vice President of Media and Original Programming.

Sharon is an active member of the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM) Board of Directors and serves as Secretary of CTAM’s Executive Committee. Her professional achievements have earned her numerous accolades, including being named a 2023 Wonder Woman by Multichannel News and one of Cablefax’s Most Powerful Women from 2020 to 2024.
Sharon received a bachelor’s degree in communications from Villanova University and an executive management certificate from New York University.
