Spectrum’s Internship Program Awarded for Excellence

Recognized for an outstanding internship program and early career recruitment strategies, Spectrum received the 2025 Campus Forward Award for "Excellence in Internship Programming" from RippleMatch, an AI-powered recruitment platform. This award, given to Spectrum three of the last four years, acknowledges companies that go above and beyond to provide exceptional experiences for their interns.

Each year, hundreds of interns join business units across the Company to gain real-world exposure in a business environment and learn more about the telecommunications industry. They learn from leaders, network with other interns and acquire key skills to help move them forward in their careers – while the Company benefits from receiving project support and fresh perspectives, as well as the opportunity to make a difference.

The Campus Forward Awards are given to top companies in the country with intern programs that excel in various categories: candidate experience, diversity and inclusion, internship programming, recruitment strategies and tech innovation.

Spectrum’s program was recognized for its commitment to nurturing interns, fostering a supportive environment and retaining the next generation of talent. Since 2020, the Company converted 333 interns into full-time positions, and in 2024 more than 93% of the interns reported being “satisfied” or “very satisfied” with their internship experience.
